Hard Drive Dead with Wedding On It Can't Post

If there any possible way to get data from a crashed hard drive. Can a hard drive with video data be mirrored onto another drive. My hard drive would spin up and then spin down and finally crashed to where it does not spin at all.

You have to send the HDD to a data recovery center.
Use a search engine like Common Name (www.commonname.com) and you can easily find several such centers.

Thanks - The data recovery center was too expensive. My solution was to purchase the exact HDD and I swapped the Logic Board of the good harddrive and it fired up the bad hard drive and I was able to access my footage. I've become a data recovery expert myself (lol). This was an interesting ordeal. $82 cost (The data recovery people quoted my varying cost from $300 just to look at the drive and possibly $1250-2500 to recover the footage).

I've met with this problem in the past. Well you're data is
there. You should try to recover with getdata back from runtime.
It's the best. However if this option failes ,too, you should
try Flobo HDDDOC Recovery from http://www.floborecovery.dsoftscape.com.
It's the best abd unique application in the field. If you file system is totally erased see independent
file system technology:
and check Flobo HDDDoc Recovery. It's the the ultimate solution for
virus recovery, but it recovers only text base files(HTML,source code,
etc) and MS Word .doc files only. They announce they will provide recovery
for dbf,excel and jpg
