I call Draco by phone & get answers very quick compared to
email.
I never received some of the free disks until I made a phone
call & then it came the same week, The customer service is good
but they are selling hundreds of these machines across US & Canada, & only 1 or 2 tech people, Matt is very heipful but very
busy. Hope this helps.

: Also, Does the cinemascope effect allow you to squish the immage between the black bars at the top and bottom of the screen, or does it only matte the video?
: One more thing - How long does it take to get the free registration disk and keyboaord - I have had my cassie for some time and registered it immeadiatly (the day after I got it) and I need to use some of those effects in a current project. I tried to contact DraCo by e-mail to ask about the delay, and after 2 e-mails they still have not responded - I though DraCo was known for great customer service??
