Great customer service! - Albums Can't Post

Thought I would post a recent experience in case anyone is thinking of using Candid2000.

I had ordered their Tuscany album, enjoyed using their software online and the turn around time was very quick - about a week shipped up here. The inside is really nice. The only thing that bothered me was the outside at the bottom of the binding was wrinkly.
I wasn't sure if this was the nature of the album or if it was a mistake.

I e-mailed the customer service person who has helped me with my dumb questions in the past. She quickly responded that they would like to reprint the whole album and ship to me a new one at no cost.

I'm really pleased with the Tuscany album. I haven't tried the others but the Tuscany is going in with the album packages I offer.

Thought I would share.

Cheers

If any vendors are lurking....
Thats the way customer service is supposed to be.... and that will make, keep & grow a loyal customer base...

Thanks for sharing, if and when I get to the album stage, I will remember them.

I, too, will remember Candid2000. Sounds like the kind of company
you want to deal with!

Great news, Shadow! You don't hear of that kind of customer service much anymore, like what you got from Candid2000. You should let us know how the replacement album turns out that Candid2000 sends you.

I'll let you know, I really liked the Tuscany album, I haven't seen their other ones.

I had a client in last night to book photography and they saw the Tuscany album I had and said that is what they wanted for an album. I didn't have albums in the prices yet but I think they're going to buy one.

Yeah, I was impressed with their help with that issue.
The only thing I noted with Candid2000 is to inquire about shipping cost before it is sent and pick the way you want to ship it. But I am not sure maybe shipping is free in the US?

Cheers

So, how does that work with the Tuscany? It is
actually photographs that have been glued to the
page? Are the pages rigid of more like a magazine?

The pages are rigid. They have been glued to something in the middle of the pages. I like it.
