Posted another new composition today for you to use if you want.
It's called "Where's the Juice?". It's a little more jazzy and upbeat.. it's about my little boy.

Re: [galt] My Royalty Free Piano Music (for Real) [In reply to] Can't Post

All of my music on my blog, including any music to come, is Free of use. No Royalties, no nothing.. unless you plan on using it for commecial projects.. then I require that you get my approval on a case by case basis...but I'm pretty lax about it.

Honestly, the only reason I put the non-commercial clause in the CC licence is to prevent people from grabbing and reselling any of the music individually (like on a cd or fee based royalty music). I'm just trying to keep it free.

If you read down on the license.. there's a part that says, "Any of these conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder."
So.. since I'm the (c) holder.. I'm telling you right now.. If the music is part of a bigger multimedia project.. consider it ok to use however you wish.. commercial or not. Just put me in the credits.. that's all.

If you still don't believe me.. Just email me here and ask.. no big. I haven't turned anyone down yet.

So I can use it as background music in a commercial video project? I am not sure when I will, but how would you like your credits to read? Do you want a website reference? I will file it with the music files for when I use it. I generally try to send an email also when I do use it.

Sure.. go ahead and use it for the background on the commercial video project.
As far as credits go... just normal+site: composition title (c), author, site.

And you're good to go.

Thanks for using the music.

Cushman, I manage a recording studio in Italy. We are searching for helpers for future contributions, if you are interested.

Marino Sounds manages a skilled team of over 50 musicians and sound designers that have provided high quality music and sound effects for the multimedia industry for over three years.

I invite you to listen to a brief sample of our production quality:

Since you are a pianist (classical music studies?) you won't have any problems to work with us, since our preferred styles are film music, epic orchestral, mood music.

I love the synth version of "chocolate" I'm going to use it in a nature video I'm doing....I'll be sure to credit you, and get you a copy. (can you do some funny or intense dramatic synth stuff) I like the piano work but it's a bit "soft" for most of my video work......however it is beautiful and I think you're a genius!

Hi everyone,
I just posted a new piece called "Angels", which is my own piano version of "Angels from the realms of Glory."
Instead of searching the internet or elsewhere for my traditional related photgraph that captures the meaning of the piece, I have decided to put in a request from YOU to submit possible photo or art entries that you feel would best suit the music.
Then I will post that picture on my blog with a big FAT hyperlink right back to your own website... essentially free advertising.
So, please, feel free to visit, read, listen and submit.
My blog is located at http://ghostnotes.blogspot.com/
I have an email link on the post.
Happy Holidays!! :)

Hi,
I just posted another composition on my blog, http://ghostnotes.blogspot.com/, available for commercial, royalty free useage in your projects.
It's a little melancholy, but some may find it useful. Let me know what you think. It's an homage to my friend.
Thanks,
Bill
