DivX 6 for MAC is out Can't Post

Tried this out this morning and for those of you making money with MAC and HDV this little plugin is going to save you about 1-2 hours of encoding time http://www.divx.com/divx/mac/. It works inside FCP so when you choose export Quicktime all you need to do is select DivX and select HD profile and POW it creates a HD file ready to be burned in TOAST 7 you have just saved a step in the process, by not having to make a FCP HD file than sending it to Compressor or Toast to encode.

YES!!! FINALLY a simple, affordable, fast and nice way to convert HDV from final cut pro timeline to a HD format that can plays in a lot of computers!!!

my projects are shot with a Sony FX1 and I export them to DIVX 6 for Mac 720p with deinterlace source option 1-pass CBR 4000kbps and the DIVX runs perfectly on a 3 year old PC. I really liked the look of 720p more than 1080i. It took 5 hours to render 40 minutes in a Mac G5 dual 2Gb..
