Dual Processor temp difference

I have a dual 2.5 G5 and I am monitoring the temp because the computer keeps going into sleep mode when I am doing heavy tasks, i.e compressor when final cut is running. My "A" temp is around 145 and my B temp is around 207. I am guessing that is not good.
