FCP sparkle filter and film effect

Anyone know of any good film effect filters? I don't mean filmlook with the western feel but the filter that looks like a film strip or the filter it looks like when the film gets those cool over exposed bright yellowish lines. Forgive me because I don't know the technical name. Also the sparkle filters that are used on the show Sweet 16. Don't worry it's not for a wedding video!
