Projector Signal preferred Can't Post

Finishing up an A/V system for my church and determined that for our program, I need to record cameras, but not, or usually not the computer signal sent to projector. Question is: Should I send RGB via a switch to projector and scale my video mixer output to RGB ? Or is utilizing S-video output on both computer and video mixer going to give good results ?

Using the S-video out on the video mixer is a good idea, but I would not use the S-video out from the computer, the image would look terrible. I'm not sure how far of a cable run you're using but you might need a D.A. in the mix. What type of projector is it? I'm sure it has composite, S, and RGB inputs on it.

Hitachi projector with various inputs including s-video & rgb.... what is stressing me is how to switch back and forth several times during a church service. My idea does not include pushing buttons on a small remote. Trying to make this thing child proof. Already have control panel with input switch and mixer... just struggling with switching projector between rgb and s-vid in a childproof kind of way.
