Video production is a side thing for me as I teach video production and broadcasting. I found that my corporate and commercial work was picking up enough for me to let go of the wedding stuff. The amount of redundant equipment and weekends needed for weddings will not be missed! Plus I prefer the producing side of things versus the reactionary 1 take process of wedding videos. I also started shooting commercials for our local cable company and I use their equipment. I get to produce and shoot and then send it off to someone else to edit! Not to mention I am about to finish my masters and have a 5 year old and a 3 month old!

I want to use the money I make from this to help buy a nice SLR camera, a backdrop, and lights just for family stuff plus my wife wants to learn and I need a backdrop for my video work.
