Help with contract Can't Post

Since I am just starting out with weddings would someone be willing to share a contract with me? I just want to get an idea as to what I need to have included in my contract and make sure I get the wording right. TIA

I have a pretty good one and also a sub-contractor contract as well as a generic non-wedding one. PM me.

Could I get that too? I'm pretty new to the biz and have a contract together but want to compare notes/confirm a thing or two, know what I mean?
thanks

Perfect, thanks Phil. My contract was all there minus the wording for the "display rights". Especially since this will be my first wedding, I'm desperate to show it around to attract more business.

CoolCoolCool Just don't screw it up! Tongue For your first wedding you usually overshoot which is good. It is one of the few times in your business where it is ok to over deliver well beyond your compensation. That's how you get demo footage.

Unfortunately too many people are over delivering for the compensation received. Pretty much everyone in the business except a select few. Till our dollar/hour is equal to a photogs we are under compensated. Most of them would never work for what we do per/hour. The good part about the digital revolution though is it is forcing many of them to spend more time in post so that gap is narrowing as they have to work harder for their money. Laugh
