Copyright Match on Vimeo is a system that detects third-party copyrighted material within videos uploading to Vimeo. If a match is detected, and you wish to proceed with your upload, you must submit an appeal to Vimeo. Like Youtube, Vimeo is now policing the use of copyrighted music. If you have a video on Vimeo that uses copyrighted music that is not cleared, you may have a problem. Even private videos are affected.
